Mikhail Hallak / Biography / Programs-and-festivals

Hallak is the founder and Artistic Director of the Belgian chamber music festival “Les Nuits d’Hiver au Chateau.”

He is also co-Founder and co-Artistic director of the Washington D.C. concert series “Theatre of Song” with baritone François Le Roux. This series takes place at the “Maison Francaise” at the French Embassy and focuses on the French Vocal Repertoire.

He has also conceived, produced and performed recital programs including “Voyage a Paris”, “Women on the Edge”, “Ah! L’amour”, “War and Peace”, “The Entire Works of Henri DuParc” and “Letzte Worte”(Last Words).
Hallak was featured twice on “Breakfast with the Arts” on A&E. His recitals have also been featured on UK, US, Mexican, French, Belgian, and Eurovision television. He was also extensively featured on a recent film “Une rencontre avec Natalie Dessay”.
